1. What are you currently reading?
I'm currently reading two books, Antologi Rasa by Ika Natassa and Stay With Me (ebook version) by Elyssa Patrick.
The first book is from Indonesian author, I read it because I'm curious about Ika's writing. I haven't read her books before, so I borrowed it from a friend. Her style of writing is mixing Indonesian and English language together. It's kinda new for me, but so far... I'm enjoying the story in this book. The second one I read for a honest review (since I got this ebook for free). I really like this kind of story, and I already fell for the male character; Caleb Fox <3
2. What did you recently finish reading?
Melbourne by Winna Efendi and The Disappearing Girl by Heather Topham Wood.
Well, since I haven't got the time to write reviews for those two books here in my blog (I already wrote in Goodreads for The Dissapearing Girl), I will share a little bit about what I feel about these books.
Melbourne is written by Indonesian author. I love the way she writes! She got her own style. Very slow pace, just like a river flow. I like how she combine every aspects in this book to become one whole story, but the story itself isn't my cup of tea. Some parts honestly were making me a bit sleepy.
The Disappearing Girl is one quite interesting story, with a theme about a teenager with eating disorder because she was lack self-confidence. The love connection between Kayla and Cameron was also so SWEET.
3. What do you think you'll read next?
You're the One that I Don't Want by Alexandra Potter or Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella. Both are suggested by my editor.
What about you? I found this meme is fun :D Just share your link or just post comment if you don't have a blog to have fun with this meme.
